Remove the device from the box, connect the power cable, and insert the SIM card (if applicable).
Press the power button to turn on the device. Wait for the home screen to load (30-60 seconds).
Download the SmartPay App from the App Store/Google Play, log in, and pair the device via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi.
Enter the transaction amount, select payment method (chip, swipe, contactless), and follow the on-screen instructions.

| 02 | Insufficient Funds | Ask the customer to use another payment method or reduce the amount. |
| 03 | Declined by Issuer | Contact the card issuer or ask the customer to try another card. |
| 05 | Do Not Honor | Verify the card number and expiration date, or try a different payment method. |
| 14 | Invalid Transaction | Check the transaction amount and try again. If persists, contact support. |

Ensure the card is inserted correctly (chip facing up) or held steady for contactless payments. Clean the card reader with a dry cloth if it’s dirty.
Funds are typically deposited within 1-2 business days, depending on your bank. You can check real-time deposit status in the SmartPay App.
First, check your bank account for the deposit timestamp. If it’s been more than 3 business days, contact our support team with your transaction ID.
Try restarting the device and reconnecting to Wi-Fi/Bluetooth. If the issue persists, factory reset the device (follow instructions in the user guide) or contact support.
